What we collect when you use seasonalcolor, how long we keep it, and your choices. Short version: the free analysis runs on your device, needs no email, and your photo is never uploaded.

Information We Collect
The free photo analysis and the quizzes run in your browser: we don't receive your photo or your answers. We collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited. If you buy credits, we store your account (name, email or Google sign-in), your purchase history, and the photo you choose to send for the AI analysis.
How We Use Information
Photos are used only to read your skin tone, eyes and hair and return your color result. We use account and purchase data to give you your credits and unlocked reports, and technical data to keep the service running and prevent abuse.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your information. A photo you send for the paid AI analysis goes to our AI vision provider only to produce your result. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your full card number. We use Cloudflare for hosting.
Data Retention
Free analyses are never stored, because they never reach us. A photo uploaded for the AI analysis is deleted within 24 hours if you don't unlock it; unlocked photos and reports stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.
Security
Photos are stored privately and are never public. We use encrypted connections and limit access to the people who run the service, but no system is perfectly secure.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language and theme. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your Rights and Choices
You can use the free analysis without an account or email. If you have an account, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, including saved photos and reports.
