Using the Service
The free analysis and quizzes need no account. To buy credits you need an account, and you are responsible for keeping it secure. Upload only photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, upload illegal content, or attempt to access other people's data.
Intellectual Property
The site, its design and its content belong to seasonalcolor. Your photos remain yours; you give us permission to process them only to produce your result.
Credits and Refunds
Credits are one-time purchases with no subscription. One credit unlocks the extras for one analysis. Credits do not expire. If an unlock fails because of an error on our side, we return the credit. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Disclaimers
Color results are style suggestions based on a photo or your answers. Lighting, cameras and makeup affect them, and they are not professional or medical advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Termination
We may suspend access for abuse of the service. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
